Willow Springs Center is looking for compassionate, caring and dedicated Staffing Coordinator.
The purpose of the Staffing Coordinator is to ensure appropriate staffing, complete accurate payroll, provide coordination of the skills training program, provide clerical support to nursing leadership and ensure appropriate records for nursing staff and meetings that impact staff. This position collaborates with Leadership to monitor position control and to ensure there is adequate staffing within the pre-approved FTE parameters. This position is mostly clerical and requires high attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to problem solve and work either independently as a self starter, or in a group setting.

Benefit Highlights
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors in business or health administration preferred.
Experience:Minimum one year in a psychiatric/mental health or healthcare setting; demonstrated knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques; demonstrated understanding of mental illness and related behavioral management techniques. At least 1 year clerical experience required. Previous supervision experience preferred.
Certifications: CPR Certification through AHA, Handle with Care Certification
Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
