Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field.
  • One or more years’ experience managing and providing training for sales programs, in addition to managing high visibility cross-functional projects, with direct impact to sales performance.
  • Possess an active health/life insurance license (or obtain within 90 days of hire date)
  • Experience in Medicare sales, working with Medicare beneficiaries or with the senior population is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel 10% to 20% to markets to provide training to selling partners and various sales team members.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English)
  • Excellent computer skills, including solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite programs (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Must be self-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic – just like us!
