SITE DIRECTOR - PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM

About the Role:

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer a Full Time Site Director position of our Partial Hospitalization Program in Franklin. The Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Site Director is responsible for the overall quality and fiscal management of the PHP program. The PHP Director continuously assures that clinical services are in full compliance with applicable regulations and payer contract specifications. The PHP Director promotes the development of the program through marketing and by cultivating relationships with other providers, local and state agencies, and managed care organizations. The PHP Director ensures the program is profitable and, at minimum, meets budget.

Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all programmatic and operational aspects of the PHP program
  • Manage budgetary expectations and ability to coordinate provision of services with various disciplines.
  • Maintain agreed upon census levels in the program
  • Market and Cultivate relationships with other providers, local and state agencies, and managed care organizations
  • Coordinate and conduct intakes
  • Negotiate fee agreements if necessary
  • Assure that insurance verification and billing are completed for each client and in a timely manner
  • Assure co-payments are collected
  • Assist with resolving problem claims with contracted billing company
  • Develop program effectiveness and methods of treatment in keeping with current practices
  • Run the staff and treatment team meetings
  • Provide group and individual clinical supervision for staff
  • Coordinate clinical information between the treatment team and the prescriber
  • Assure that treatment planning is well designed and implemented
  • Conduct the insurance authorizations and concurrent reviews with insurance companies
  • Manage quality assurance of the program and it's medical records in compliance with insurance standards
  • Coordinate transportation arrangement for clients
  • Assure that payroll timesheets are collected and sent to the payroll department in a timely manner
  • Responsible for reporting program statistics to Supervising Director of PHP and COO
  • Responsible for public relations and program growth
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Flexible schedule
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Nursing or related Program, or PhD. in Psychology from an accredited college or University. Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist or RN
  • Five years of psych experience preferably in a community health setting. Minimum of two years as a clinical supervisor or program manager preferred
  • Must have: Ability to communicate clearly through spoken words and in writing
  • Ability to withstand a varying pace in a fluid clinical setting
  • Ability to prioritize workload despite rapidly changing pace and multiple stresses
  • Ability to respond physically and mentally to psychiatric crises
  • Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
  • Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
