We provide a wide range of services and programs that offer evidence-based treatment proven to have positive outcomes for our patients. Our inpatient and outpatient services offer supportive and compassionate care through specialty programs that are tailored to meet the needs of our patients. Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and compassionate mental health and substance use treatment.

Fairfax has three unique campuses:

Monroe: A 34-bed unit on the campus of Evergreen Health Monroe.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Kirkland campus who will provide services that help patients to perform at their highest possible level. The OT is available to perform evaluations for identification of needs related to activities of daily living (e.g., hygiene and grooming), accommodations required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (including recommendations for adaptive equipment and training in its use), cognitive dysfunction, sensory processing deficits, or other needs that present barriers to optimal functioning. The OT will develop appropriate interventions for identified needs and contribute to individual treatment planning. The OT will provide activities appropriate within an inpatient psychiatric setting that will enhance the development of independent living skills in coordination with the Activities Therapy team. The OT will serve as a consultant as needed to all members of the interdisciplinary treatment team. OT services are provided under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
