To serve as a liaison between the surgeon, patient and staff to ensure the Center delivers care that will minimize complications and maximize patient and physician satisfaction. The Nurse Navigator will assist with tracking the progress of the program and identifying areas that require improvement. The Nurse Navigator will provide pre and post- op education and assist with marketing strategies. Demonstrate Service Excellence at all time and other duties as assigned.
