Job Summary: Performance Improvement Manager will have oversight and execute on strategic programs as laid out by the department and executive leadership team in support of risk adjustment and quality improvement for Prominence. This individual will possess strong project and data management as well as administrative and analytical skills.

Under the oversight of the Director of Performance Improvement, this individual will manage member outreach, and member rewards program. The Manager will also spearhead special projects as defined by departmental leadership and will be responsible for Collaborating with program stakeholders and business leaders to ensure on time and on target execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration or other related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare management, process improvement, project management, quality management or other related field
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of healthcare quality measurement programs and value based reimbursement models
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized, able to meet deadlines and versed in project management
  • Able to collaborate across department and with external partners including the provider groups
  • Passion for improvement member experience and outcomes
  • Experienced in analyzing large sets of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experienced in healthcare, preferably in a managed care setting
  • Preferred - experience working with medical records, clinical settings, and familiar with risk adjustment and plan quality rating system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships.
