BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB 

The Home Health Manager is a registered professional nurse who provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel. Ensures quality of patient care in the home. Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family and referring agency. May also be called Clinical Manager, Director of Nurses, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Professional Services, or similar title. The supervising nurse, or alternate, must be available to agency personnel at all times in person or via telecommunications.

The position will be located in Sherman, TX, and will cover patients in Grayson County and nearby areas.

• Education per RN licensure. BSN preferred
• Three years experience as Registered Nurse in home health care required. DON experience needed. 
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse. RN licensure valid for work in state of Texas. Valid drivers license, proof of automobile liability insurance, and AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provided card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaulation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program at hire. Reliable transportation required. 
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. 
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
