This LPN position is a day shift on Med Surg, eligible for a sign-on bonus, and is full-time at 36 hours per week with full benefits. There is opportunity for overtime and additional shifts if desired. St. Mary’s units include ER, Birthplace, Float pool, Rehab, Med Surg, Same Day Surgery, ICU, PCCU, Behavioral Health, OR, and Cardiac Cath.

Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Job Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• Current BLS required.
• Experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certified within 2 months of hire.
• Proof of IV therapy course through LPN education program or IV therapy venipuncture activity training course required within 6 months. Record of procedure proficiency.
• Venipuncture skills required.
