Make a Difference in the Lives of Adolescent Patients
As the Group Facilitator, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health group therapy sessions to adolescent patients within our residential units. Under the supervision of our Director of Clinical Services, you'll lead CBT and skill-based groups tailored to the unique needs of the group.
Your Impact:
- Help adolescent patients develop essential skills to manage their mental health and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Utilize our EMR system to track patient progress, document group notes, and support individualized treatment plans
- Foster open communication lines with our Director of Clinical Services, Program Managers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination
