QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Healthcare Management, Facilities Management, or a medical related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in management.

Experience: A minimum of six (6) years related experience with at least two years of management experience. Must have experience with reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Codes, Joint Commission and other regulatory Standards and OSHA Regulations. Experience in a psychiatric facility highly preferred. Relevant certifications and/or licensure could be substituted for up to 3 years of experience/education

Licensure: Must have a valid driver’s license.

Additional Requirements: HVAC Certification preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent time management and organization skills.
