Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Under the direction of the Director of Quality Management, this position is responsible to manages the Navex Policy Tech Program. Possess advance knowledge of database to ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines as well as the consistency and integrity of policy data. Lead deployment and coordination of organization-wide policy program as well as provide training, communication and coordination pertinent to all staff to improve knowledge. Manage process to implement, maintain and upgrade software, policy system and database. Document and resolve issues. Recommend improvements to policy development and/or other improvements. Provides strong clerical support involving multiple quantifiable elements for functions in Quality Management. Assist in abstracting information from various sources, including written and electronic. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data while transferring the data into quantifiable information. Coordinate the flow of information between Quality and Administration, the Board of Directors, Central Physician Services, Medical Staff and other departments/committees, both internally and externally.
