For over 50-years, the Calvary Healing Center has provided leading residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.

Summary of Duties
The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and productions sheets. The Cook will also assist with preparing the salad bar, maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, operating the dish machine, and assisting the Executive Chef and other Cooks as required.
