Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs regular safety checks on patientsChart significant events that occur regarding patient treatmentPerforms ground and room safety checks throughout shiftFacilitates assigned groupsProcess new intakes and discharging patientsAdministering and recording vital signs, accompany/monitor patients to offsite events/activities and appointments as needed.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred
