Springwoods Behavioral Health is an UHS affiliated 80-bed acute care behavioral health facility located in Northwest Arkansas and has been providing quality health care to the residents Northwest Arkansas since 2009. The hospital provides 24-hour acute care behavioral health services. 

RN: A key member of the Springwoods Behavioral Health who will integrate and coordinate patient care through centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • A working knowledge of behavioral health practices and clinical operations.
  • An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health.C
  • Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew).
  • New grads encouraged to apply-excellent mentorship program and orientation available!

Total education, vocational training, and experience: Current RN License in the State of Arkansas.
