Outpatient Physical Therapy Site Manager, 9 N Chenango United Health Services is seeking a Outpatient Physical Therapy Site Manager to join our Greene Outpatient Physical Therapy department at 9 N Chenango in Greene, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $37.45 - $59.38 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Manages the facility on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for the maintenance of the facility and equipment, planning, budgeting, directing, personnel hiring and training, marketing, purchasing, consulting, patient care, and compliance with all company policies in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Quality/Compliance . Typically, this position will perform physical therapy evaluations, treatments and related services. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program or physical therapy assistant program, American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) approved occupational therapy program, or of a National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) curriculum based athletic training program with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. Greater than 2 years previous experience in team leadership/supervision of physical therapy staff and physical therapy students, as well as experience with supervising patient billing and scheduling. Preferred: Outpatient specific experience. License/Certification Minimum Required: Licensed or license-eligible by New York state for a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist or Athletic Trainer. CPR certification within the first three months of employment.
