Bio Medical Repair Technician, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Bio Medical Repair Technician to join our Biomedical Engineering department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This is a Per Diem position. Shift Day Hours per week: 0 Salary range: $20.50 - $29.62 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Performs installation, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of medical equipment. Will develop QA standards, perform repairs in an efficient cost-effective manner, and keep department heads and staff abreast of the situation. Acts as a technical resource for all departments for which the Technician is responsible. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School diploma with three years or greater of working knowledge in the electro/mechanical field or certificate in electrical or electronics. Preferred: Associate Degree in Biomedical engineering or related field.
