We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven individual with a proven track record of customer engagement to join our team as an Account Specialist. The Account Specialists are responsible for marketing and transitioning property management companies to our industry-leading software solutions across the United States and Canada, building value for our clients by providing a high level of service.

Industry: This position is part of our residential division, which provides communication solutions in both print and digital formats to condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations throughout the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities: Our Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining important customer relationships. Successful candidates must be able to think analytically and creatively, follow up on sales leads, implement new customers, conduct trainings, recommend strategies, communicate solutions and identify new opportunities for the customers we serve. Other key responsibilities include:
Experience: Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in client-relationship management or account management.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.
Personal Attributes: Candidates must be motivated and exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as time management skills. Other relevant attributes include:
Technical Skills: Candidates must have strong general office skills, including proficiency with Microsoft-based operating systems, excellent internet knowledge, and other common tools, including the following:
