Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations within our restaurant.

Duties:

- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Operate various kitchen equipment such as fryers, and dough mixers

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food industry practices is a plus
