Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and adhere to all company policies
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned

Skills:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
- Familiarity with floor care procedures including stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
