The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities
- Maintain relationship with factory representatives and staff members
- Administer alternate transportation program
- Stay well versed on warranty coverage
- Maintain warranty receivables within factory and dealership guidelines
- ALL warranty claim repair orders are to be closed upon submission
- Maintain warranty rejection rate below zone average
- Assume receptionist and cashiering duties as needed
- Additional Service and Parts administrative duties as assigned
- Review completed repair order
- Compare labor operations to parts issued
- Review flat rate to be charged
- Resolve discrepancies
- Calculate technician efficiency and productivity and maintain required summaries
- Prepare warranty claims in accordance with procedures
- Maintain campaign records
Qualifications
- Some experience in an office setting
- Efficient with computer
- Able to get proper information from Advisors and Technicians when needed
- Well versed with warranty coverage and guidelines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic technical background and understanding of mechanical repairs
- Background in manufacturer warranty a plus
- Knowledge of alternate transportation procedures
Hours
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
