Overview:

As a Jr. Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will help manage and maintain the product catalog and digital content for products sold through multiple online channels. Key responsibilities include onboarding new products, updating product information and assets in channel-related platforms, and helping to identify channel opportunities to drive sales and improve the overall online customer experience. You will work closely with Ecommerce Merchandisers, Account Managers, and other teams, to create and maintain a best-in-class customer experience across multiple ecommerce channels.

A typical day will include analyzing, optimizing, and updating product information. It will also be part of your responsibility to ensure product pages are properly created according to brand and channel standards along with enrichment opportunities. Other tasks you will be responsible for include opening support tickets with the various ecommerce channels and gathering any required information needed to help resolve issues.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Submit, create, maintain, optimize, and enrich product listing pages to ensure an accurate and best-in-class customer experience.
* Open, track, and manage various support tickets for multiple channels.
* Assist with managing listings on various ecommerce channels and perform ongoing optimization to increase product rankings, generate awareness, and drive sales.
* Work with internal teams and other ecommerce partners to gain an in-depth understanding of product offering and opportunities.
* Proactively review product pages to ensure accurate representation of products, while continuously looking at ways to improve and drive sales.
* Conduct competitive comparisons and recommend adjustments that will help drive conversions.
* Other duties as required or assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
* Prior experience maintaining ecommerce sales channels.
* Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, strategies, and tactics.
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Merchandising, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Building materials or related industry knowledge preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefit Information
Salary: $50-$69K yearly depending on experience and geographical location.
