The Payroll HRIS Analyst job duties include participation in the preparation and processing of payroll to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions. This includes maintenance of records and reports related to payroll, employee payroll information, timecards and benefits.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience:
1-2 years of Payroll experience processing payroll for 1000 employees and experience providing system support to include end - user training and documentation, system upgrades and report writing
Preferred Experience:
HRIS and Payroll processing experience in a Healthcare environment
Necessary Skills:
1. Excellent customer service
2. Proven attention to detail and ability to research and problem solve.
3. Excellent customer service strong math and analytical skills
4. Strong working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
5. Strong working knowledge of payroll functionality, time and attendance practices and Human Resources Information Systems
