Order Processing Specialist

Miramar, Florida - Hybrid

This is a full-time position and is based in Miramar, Florida.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer purchase orders for new and existing customers
• Review and verify customer purchase order information to ensure the received order complies to systems and process requirements until order completion
• Process change orders following the process structure requirement
• Keep track of unprocessed customer purchase order and follow up until resolution
• Effectively communicate to manager for escalation of any issues causing the customer purchase order not to be processed completely and or partially in a timely matter
• Respect and protect the sensitive nature of file and material by maintaining a strict client confidentiality
• Perform administrative duties such as electronic filing, inbox organization and sorting, responding to vendor or internal customer emails, speaking with vendors over the phone
• Demonstrate successful order entry while working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment with a high volume of order processing

Education / Experience :

• 3 years of order entry and / or order management experience, preferably in the technology industry
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Outlook and order entry while maintaining speed and high accuracy
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to frequent change
• Ability to represent UDT's STRIVE core value
