Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of medical administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of the practice's operations, including staff supervision and patient care coordination.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the practice operates in accordance with best practices.
- Coordinate human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Oversees staff conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop strategies for improving patient care outcomes.
- Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and implement fiscal management strategies to ensure the practice's financial stability.
- Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives to support the growth and development of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare delivery.

Requirements:
- Associate Degree or greater in related field.
- Three years of proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions, including scheduling, billing, coding, and insurance verification.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and revenue cycle management.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare landscape and implement innovative solutions.
