About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in accounting and financial management within a manufacturing environment. The CFO will be a trusted business partner to the CEO and other key parties, and will be responsible for overseeing financial management, general accounting and control, reporting and treasury activities, and billing and collection functions. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading the accounting and finance function, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Key responsibilities for the Interim CFO include producing timely financial reports, managing all financial and business planning activities, maintaining financial planning reports, and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures that enhance the organization's operations. The role requires superior knowledge of industry GAAP, experience in strategic planning, and the ability to support contract negotiations with financial input and analysis. "Must have" qualifications for the position include at least ten years of experience as a senior financial leader in a $100M manufacturing company, detailed manufacturing experience, strong cost accounting experience, and a CPA qualification (MBA preferred). The CFO will also be expected to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate financial data to various stakeholders.
