DescriptionThe Principal Investigator is seeking an experienced, motivated, and attentive to detail research assistant with interest in neurology education research. This new team is being developed to better develop and study novel innovations in neurology education, such as targeted curriculum development, simulation, case-based teaching, flipped classroom learning, etc. In addition to implementation of educational innovations, the team will also develop appropriate evaluation and assessment tools to best study the outcomes of these curricula and educational innovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data management and survey administration, with a particular interest in candidates with experience using and creating Qualtrics surveys. In addition to data management, other duties of this position include reviewing scientific and medical education literature, and editing/proofreading manuscripts and grants. We seek a candidate with experience with human subjects and survey administration, as well as team management and teaching skills. Excellent communication skills with PI, collaborators, and other team members are necessary, considering that the position may involve direct contact with neurology trainees or faculty. *This is a limited position that may convert to career. Salary Range: $25.75 - $30.71 Hourly
