You will be responsible for overseeing financial and statistical information for Medicare and Medi-Cal cost reports. You will serve as a primary contact for Medicare and Medi-Cal audits as well as support auditors in the review of cost report reimbursement and third-party accounts. You will: * Prepare, review, and analyze financial and statistical information * Calculate contractual expenses for Medicare, MediCal, and other third-party payors * Review the annual AB915 MediCal Outpatient Supplemental Reimbursement forms and certification * Prepare and file annual GPP reporting * Analyze our hospital accounts receivable model, bad debt model, and accounts receivable roll-forward reports * Prepare MediCal P14 waiver reports and respond to waiver audits/questions * Analyze each hospital’s net patient revenue budget * Support financial, federal, and state audit requests * Calculate annual PPS Medicare rates for internal hospital coding Salary Range: $71,500-$154,900/annually
