Under the direction of the Administrative Services Supervisor, this position will provide the following for the Department of Radiation Oncology and other departments: • Purchasing and procurement support functions • General administrative support • Purchase orders • Assisting staff and faculty with the processes of creating travel requests • Booking travel arrangements • Supporting travel reimbursement submissions • General administrative support including phone pool support,conference rooms assistance and scheduling, and other minor duties as assigned The ideal candidate would have experience in purchasing requisitions. Salary: $24.57 - $34.87 hourly
