DescriptionUnder the direction of the Principal Catering Manager, this role will be responsible for duties relevant to catering and food service operations. Responsibilities include: * Delivering and setting up catering food orders in a timely manner * Picking up catering orders when event has ended * Stocking and cleaning work area * Organizing and transferring food to delivery truck or van * Preparing high volume of beverages, snacks, and dessert trays * Serving customers on a buffet, tray pass for breakfast, lunch, appetizers, snacks, and dinner * Adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by JC and HACCP standards Salary Range: $19.47-$23.71 Hourly
