Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Medicare Advantage, you’ll spearhead the development and oversight of our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business unit. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans, establish budgets, and define policies and procedures to drive the success of our PBM initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of PBM operations from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation. It will be your duty to ensure the financial health, service quality, and operational efficiency of our pharmacy benefit programs. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll cultivate productive relationships and coordinate activities both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure adherence to compliance requirements while optimizing costs. Salary Range: $146,900 - $371,300/annually
