DescriptionAs a Phlebotomist of the Support Services Laboratory, your duties include: • Performs pre-analytical and post-analytical activities and specimen processing duties • Performs phlebotomy on inpatients and outpatients, including neonatal/pediatric patients; perform EKG in outpatient setting • Triage all lab samples and requests after verification of appropriate information • Enter and verify patient and test info into computer • Generate computer labels for specimens and deliver to appropriate areas • Prepare samples for transport to referral labs • Document draws, added tests, and cancelled/rejected specimens Salary Range: $32.48 - $41.19/hour
