DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant Supervisor will oversee the administrative staff and provider and patient needs for the Stein Eye Calabasas multi-specialty clinic. We are seeking a proactive and cheerful candidate that will ensure the staff * Provide administrative staff training, scheduling, and monitor work performance * Manage providers' schedules * Supervise patient scheduling and clinic flow * Oversee completion and accuracy of insurance authorizations * Counsel patients regarding financial options, costs, and preparation * Provide back-up support or coverage to the administrative staff as needed Salary Range: $28.78-$59.34 Hourly
