Position Description
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting UCare’s overall market research functions, as well as providing analytical reporting for key teams and departments. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating/managing marketing research projects from development to fieldwork, data analysis and reporting research results to stakeholders. Other analytical job duties include running marketing ROI, sales and marketing performance reports, monitoring and analyzing competitor data and trends, and generating enrollment trend reports upon demand.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required. Demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
At least two years of experience in marketing research. Experience should include research design and planning, questionnaire/interview guide creation, fieldwork management, data analysis.
Preferred Experience
Experience in health care/managed care a plus.
