Position Summary:

Incumbent provides administrative support for the Employee, Patient and Visitor Parking programs, including assistance with special event parking requests. The incumbent provides analytical and organizational support for the photo ID badging program, with particular emphasis on granting, tracking, and disabling security access in compliance with policy, procedures, and applicable laws.

Salary Range:

Hourly Rate
Minimum$27.34 Midpoint$33.26 Maximum $39.18

Required Qualifications:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must have a minimum of 2 years administrative office experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Ability to appropriately deal with stressful situations and individuals while remaining calm and professional
Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel and Access
Knowledge of parking regulations/laws of enforcement and the appeal process
Ability to effectively deal with emotional/difficult guest behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
