About the Role:

In this dynamic position, you'll be the face of uBreakiFix, delivering top-notch customer service by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices, ensuring our customers leave satisfied. This role involves traveling to customer locations in a provided company vehicle, equipped to complete repairs either on-site or within a mobile repair unit. This is a Sales-Driven Customer Service Role – Every Interaction an Opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Safely travel to customer sites, providing timely service, repair estimates, and a friendly touch to every interaction.
• Quality Repairs: Perform diagnostics and repairs that meet uBreakiFix's high standards of service.
• Communication: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on calls, ensuring all customer queries are addressed with positivity and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Must possess a smartphone with a basic data plan.
• Ability to successfully pass a driving, drug, and background screening.
• Willingness to sign an NDA/Non-Compete Agreement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales.
• Previous employment in retail electronics or with a wireless carrier.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
