TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles.
  • Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Success in training and developing new employees.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • You MUST have exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other documentation.
  • Proficient in stock management, including inventory control and ordering processes.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to develop promotional strategies and drive sales.
  • Strong math skills for cash handling, financial analysis, and budgeting purposes.
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Store Manager Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed UBIF quality standards.
  • Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  • Prepare reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and employee productivity.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience required.
  • Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of stock management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A certification.
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Range from $50,000.00 to $65,000.00

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week.
