About Us:

Since its inception in 2009, UBREAKIFIX has grown to over 800 stores nationwide in markets across the U.S and Canada. We help people do more with their technology and stay connected on all of their devices. We provide our customers with simple, helpful advice to get the most from their technology, assistance to fix any technology issues they have, and protection of their devices to ensure they quickly get a replacement or repair if anything does go wrong.

Position Details:

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of in-store sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain the overall operations of a retail store.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data, develop and implement sales strategies, properly track inventory, motivate team members, and build strong relationships with customers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning new things and wants to challenge themselves and others around them. A self-starter with initiative and previous management experience and a proven track record of facilitating consistent sales growth. Tech experience is not required, but is definitely a plus.

A successful Store Manager will understand our Core Values, follow all policies and procedures while being able to adapt quickly to the constant, changing environment of the repair industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Motivate and coach sales representatives to reach their full potential and deliver excellent customer service
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always in stock
  • Manage the daily operations of the store, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining a safe, clean and organized store
  • Ensure that all repairs meet UBREAKIFIX quality standards and maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with products and services
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and advertising materials
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales representatives to keep them informed on new products and services
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with local business partners as well as new and existing business customers in order to drive sales

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in retail sales management

  • Comfortable with a performance-based structure
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet UBREAKIFIX quality standards. Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience and exceed customer expectations when possible. Utilize our custom point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A Certification
  • Wise Certification*
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
  • Previous experience working at retail electronics store
  • Micro Soldering experience

Note: Wise Certification will be provided by UBREAKIFIX once hired

Interview Process:

As part of the interview you will be asked to successfully repair 2 or more devices. You should feel comfortable tearing down and reassembling devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour based on experience commissions
