Position: PC Repair Technician (Multiple Locations)
Job Description:Serves clients by accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices all while maintaining a client-friendly presence focus on complete client satisfaction. Soldering, computer, and console experience a plus, but not required.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices of all types.
- Provide recommendations for problems and resolutions.
- Explain complex technical issues to clients in a non-technical, simple to understand the manner.
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to clients.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed our iDoctor/uBreakiFix quality standards
- Greet clients in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
- Ensure that clients have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Be knowledgeable of the product inventory and willing to promote the sales of accessory's, services and Home Plus and sales techniques and be able to provide targeted recommendations for the above products.
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
- Utilize our point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and real-time status of each repair.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store both Front and Back of House.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and solution based analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and cleanliness skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A Certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
- Previous experience working at retail electronics or cell phone carrier store.
- Board Level Diagnostics and Micro Soldering capabilities
Employees can make an additional $3 to $8 per hour from commissions and tips alone
