Mobile Repair Specialist - Electronic Repair - 4 - 5 Day work Week.

No Experience Necessary w/Paid Training

Position Details:

Servicing our insurance claim customers and our we come to you customers but quickly and efficiently fixing their mobile devices.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Pre Call Customers

Arrive On time to all customers or keep them updated with the soonest ETA

Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment

Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Asurion/uBreakiFix quality standard

Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing
superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the work space

Sell Connected home warranty

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Sales

- Exceptional organizational skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Work well individually

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or GED

- Valid Driver's License

- Ability to pass Driving, Drug, and Background Screening

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Service Experience

Previous experience working at a retail electronics store
