Customer Associate - In Store Sales & Service

Our associates play a pivotal role in creating memorable customer experiences through exceptional service and product knowledge.

What We Offer:

• Position: Customer Associate
• Compensation: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities and commission pay based on sales performance.
• Expected Hours: 34 – 36 hours per week

Role Overview:

As a Customer Associate, your primary role will be to engage with our customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our services and products to find the best solutions. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied. This role combines sales acumen with exceptional organizational skills to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, making each customer feel understood and valued.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant products and services, including add-ons like screen protectors and home protection plans.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered, including technical aspects, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Keep a well-organized and professional store environment, ensuring all products and displays are presented attractively.
• Utilize our point of sale system effectively to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
• Be an active team member, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• A natural talent for engaging and talking to people, with a knack for sales.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail environment, particularly in electronics or similar sectors.
• Technical knowledge or a background in electronics, though not required.
