Role Overview:The Assistant Store Manager is a key player in our mission to deliver top-notch customer service and expert technical solutions. You will be instrumental in overseeing our daily store operations, ensuring our team is equipped to meet the high standards expected by our partners, Google and Samsung.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations with the oversight of the Store Manager or Operations Director, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational standards.
• Drive sales of products and services, focusing on achieving targets and promoting our partnership with Google and Samsung.
• Manage effective pricing strategies and maintain inventory levels to optimize sales.
• Engage in employee development, providing orientation and training to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Utilize your market research skills to tap into trends and opportunities, enhancing our market presence.
• Perform administrative duties efficiently, including scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate in the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies.
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail management or a related field.
• Sales acumen, not in a pushy way; but by establishing true rapport with our customers thanks to our real life product solutions, and premium accessory assortment.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory and merchandising management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• We will teach you all things repair related.
