Pay Rate: $12-$15/hour to start (depending on experience) Plus Commission.
Job Purpose: Serve customers by providing the best repair solution and experience for their technology repair needs.
Minimum requirements:
- 1-3 years of Experience in Electronic Repair preferred. Cellphone and computer repair experience is a plus.
- Computer repair, service/retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to Multitask
- Must have Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational along with excellent time management skills
- Must have the Ability to work well with others in a small, close knit team.
- Must have Reliable transportation.
- All candidates are required to pass a Background, Drug Test and have a clear Driving Record.
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service.
- Provide recommendations for problem and resolution
- Troubleshoot and repair devices.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide additional recommendations to customers in accessories we sell to protect their devices
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
