Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of tech devices including phones, laptops, and computers
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Conduct repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to company standards and guidelines
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs
• Offer additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling of tools and equipment
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies

Skills:

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing phones, laptops, and computers
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software components
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical certifications are preferred

Pay: $20.91 - $25.18 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
