Job Description:
- In-charge of end to end payroll processing.
- Consolidate Timekeeping Reports from different departments
- Prepares 2316 of existing and former employees
- Prepares payroll reports, journal entries, funding requirements and other needed reports that will be requested by the Finance team.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries and accommodate payroll disputes ahead of time
- Prepares user manual for employee use
- In-charge of preparing the remittance files for Government Statutories such as HDMF, PhilHealth, and SSS Remittances and Loans every months.
- Reconsile YTD income and prepare the Alpha listing report to be submitted to BIR.
- Prepare Alphalist and liaise with the BIT for submission of Year Tax Annualization related documents.
- Attend to inquiries of the employees regarding Payroll.
- Conduct payroll orientation for new hires
- Identify and propose solutions for process improvements
- Assist with special projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Has an experience processing payroll for a BPO or Shared Services company for at least 1 year.
- Has an in depth knowledge in manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential, holiday premiums, and/or time-based decustion, etc
- Has an experience in processing BIR annualization
- Understands the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance departments
- Must be updated and knowledgeable with Philippine Payroll regulations and Information
- Must be willing to work on night shift schedule and onsite in Eastwood or BGC
- Must have basic excel skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
