As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Manager with strong leadership skills and a working knowledge of statistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing both local and offshore QA teams and a strong focus on test automation.

Position Summary:

The Junior Information Technology Support Administrator handles initial support requests for the IT department ensuring that the company’s employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks. The individual is responsible for providing a broad range of technical support services. The Jr. IT Support Admin. will escalate the support requests requiring further expertise of the Senior IT Managers. The Jr. IT Support Administrator help with security issues and recommends privacy safeguards, provide repair and troubleshooting support, which may be performed remotely using a virtual tech support platform. They may also provide assessments of the IT processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or remote access. You will be the first point of contact for users who encounter IT problems or need assistance with IT-related tasks.

· Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. You will use your technical skills and knowledge to diagnose and fix issues or guide users through the steps to resolve them.

· Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software. You will ensure that all IT devices and applications are properly set up, updated, and secured according to the company's standards and policies.

· Documenting and updating tickets, procedures, and knowledge base articles. You will record and track all user requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system. You will also create and update documentation for IT processes and best practices.

· Escalating complex or urgent issues to senior engineers or managers. You will communicate and collaborate with other IT staff and vendors to escalate issues that require higher-level expertise or intervention.

· Collaborating with other IT staff and vendors to ensure optimal performance and availability of IT systems. You will monitor and report on the status of IT systems and services and participate in testing and troubleshooting activities.

· Performing routine maintenance and backup tasks. You will perform regular checks and updates on IT systems and devices and ensure that data is backed up and protected from loss or damage.

· Participating in IT projects and initiatives as assigned. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of IT projects and initiatives that aim to improve the IT infrastructure and services of the company.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry degree.

· Must have at least 1 years of IT experience in an IT support environment.

· MCSE& MCNE certifications are a plus.

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, install and configure routers and switches, and use remote desktop and messaging systems.

· Must also be proficient in network services, address translation, and VPNs.

· Preferred: Bilingual: In both English and Spanish written and oral communications.
