Uber Freight is Hiring an Associate Manager - Customer Support Near Texas, TX
What the candidate will do
Proactively identifies and communicates issues and proposes and implements solutions for continuous improvement regarding processes, cost, service, and profitability.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through professional and timely communications, and inquiry responses.
Ensure CSS and Team Leaders achieve their goals and meet day-to-day operations’ needs.
Coordinate Capacity assignment according to Customer’s requirements and needs with Procurement/Capacity team that meet Uber Freight’s financial and service expectations.
Monitor the team’s performance.
Secure and request automatization of rates in TMS.
Make strategic transportation & volume commitment decisions with the Capacity and Sales team that positively impact Uber Freight profitability and/or customer costs.
Communicate service issues to customers or UF management.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned segments of business.
Analyze customer and carrier data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assists on onboarding processes for the new projects.
Track volume and revenues on a weekly basis (Scorecards).
Basic Qualifications
3-4 years in Logistics and at least 1-2 year managing personnel.
Negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Freight Industry.
Importation and Exportation
Reporting and Analytics (Ability to run BI reports, validate information; understand reports, and offer feedback and deliver insights to your manager and or customer contacts on the information contained within the report)
Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
