Crew Leader – Pressure Washing and Sealing

UBA Pressure Washing and Sealer is looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 technicians in providing exceptional pressure washing, soft washing, and sealing services to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment to clean a variety of exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, fences, roofs, and siding.
• Apply sealants and protective coatings to extend the life of cleaned surfaces.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3 technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to identify areas for cleaning and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pressure washing and sealing.
• Experience with soft washing roofing systems a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
