UAP collaborates with emerging and renowned artists, architects, developers, and designers; to deliver creative outcomes for the public realm. Objective: Represent UAP as the point person to engage with the outside community in developing relationships, sourcing talent, and forging lasting partnerships with applicable people, programs, organizations & institutions. Working with UAP leadership in sourcing specific talent needs.

• Utilizing your network of platforms, organizations, and professionals to gather pools of candidates for relevant talent needs.
• Building relationships with relevant community organizations and institutions that will strengthen partnerships with UAP.
• Working w/ applicable schools & universities in building long-lasting partnerships for knowledge & talent share
• Working with UAP Management to develop a deploy a Cohesive Training Strategy that supports various UAP departments.
• Leading various internal administrative responsibilities related to community engagement (outreach organizational strategies, recruiting strategy, and working with our People & Culture Lead on relevant staff well-being related tasks.

Requirements

• Exquisite written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills
• Recruiting portals (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Onboarding specific talent needs
• Building lasting relationships outside of UAP
• Instilling confidence in current & perspective staff
• Increasing efficiency throughout the organization
• Expanding & improving resources related to communication, information share & partnerships
• Cohesive training strategy for the various teams that supports staff professional growth.
