Job Responsibilities :

Equipment

• Sourced equipment for select agent businesses (Aggregate - 7860, Heavy coil trailers - 1657, Conestogas - 6183)
• Will be involved in sourcing equipment for other agent / business needs
• Coordinate movement of all new wind trailers to get them in-serviced
• Track and coordinate maintenance / road service needs for the 6183 Conestoga pool
• Work closely with several Conestoga vendors to get equipment repaired and back on the road in a timely fashion
• Coordinate in-service of all new trailers and distribution when done
• Coordinate retirement of old trailers
• In the infancy stage of retiring 145 old vans and replacing with new vans
• Review maintenance of all equipment
• Review equipment utilization
• Set up rental properties for company assets in select markets (Warren, Charlotte, Lubbock, Birmingham)
• In the discussion stages of a tractor LP program to grow our Owner Operator fleet
• Approve DPA trucks
• Coordinate GPS installs and monitoring
• Involved in the Wind operation overhaul
• Help locate equipment for agents and / or owner operators

Building

• Coordinate repairs that cannot be handled internally with outside vendors such as HVAC, plumbers, roofers, critter control, etc.
• Handle small repairs such electrical issues, clogged sinks / toilets, burnt out lights, adjust dampers on HVAC vents, etc.
• Coordinate building refresh and continued maintenance
• Manage the stock of consumable paper products and other supplies
• Coordinating Houston remodel
• Currently in the process of replacing janitorial contractor for all 3 Universal buildings in Warren

Miscellaneous

• Handle time / attendance for 2 departments
• Help coordinate monthly employee appreciation events
• Take calls from agents, fleet owners and contractors to help resolve problems
