As a Sr. Operator II supporting the Packaging Department, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery / equipment at Sinking Spring, PA .

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes or packaging equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Operate equipment that packages materials or products by inserting them into containers or filling containers from spouts or chutes.
• Complete the batch records and associated documentation
• Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards.

Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Work hours : 3rd Shift M-F 10pm 6am
• Travel Requirements : None

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Prior Machine Operating experience
• Able to lift up to 20lbs.
• Able to collaborate in a team environment
• Able to work Overtime on Weekends
